General Terms
► I have the right to refuse service to anyone.
► I do not accept commissions with a set date, it stresses me out
► Commissions are for personal use only
► When commissioning me, you will be receiving a digital product, not a physical piece
► I reserve the right to increase price as I see fit (for example, highly detailed art)
► I can show WIPs if asked, but usually frequently update my buyers with wips as I work
► I will send you the full resolution picture via discord or email (whichever you prefer), including watermarks and unwatermarked versions
► By purchasing any of my services, you, as a client, will automatically be accepting my Terms of Service and will be obligated to follow them, as well as promising you will not request any Paypal chargebacks
copyright / usage policy
► As the artist I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, in example;
Post/display the picture anywhere I want (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters).
Promote myself with it in any place.
Offer the digital files on Patreon, Gumroad and similar sites. (if/when I ever have these sites)► As a commissioner you may:
Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery/page (with no profit purposes).
Print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.
Use it as decoration for your deviantART profile, Facebook avatar, Skype... as long as it's a personal account and you're not making any profit with it.► You are NOT ALLOWED to:
Change, modify or use my works without my permission.
Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money of it in any way)
Take credit for the art.
Remove my watermarks /signatures.► If you wish for your commission to not be uploaded anywhere on the internet feel free to tell me. These commissions are not permitted to be posted on public websites under any circumstances. If I am not allowed to post the commission, neither are you. Once a commission is made private, it applies to both the artist, me, and the commissioner.
► If by any case you wish to "un-private" that commission in the future (so you can upload it somewhere), you just have to send me a note or message.
Note: I am perfectly fine if you would like to exclude your commission from being posted on a few specified places, I can make accommodations within reason.
► If you have commissioned me for personal commission, not commercial commission, you are not under any circumstance allowed to use the artwork to make profit.
Order Process
► Commissions are not first come, first serve. I will consider which commissions I want to accept and go from there.
► Do not ask me to draw in a different style. Please commission me because you like my work.
► I ask for full upfront payment.
► Please send payment after I confirm your commission. I will only start your commission after payment.
► Please give me complete, full details of what you want. It is your responsibility to give me all the details I need to create the commission piece you wanted.
► You must provide a reference of the character or something similar for what you want, I will not accept only a description of a character.
Work Process
► I may send a WIP if I am unsure of something or would like to confirm if you like it.
► I can not give estimated dates since my work speed varies quite a lot and depends on how busy my life schedule is.
► I will try to finish your commission as soon as possible, however please be patient with me.
Payment
► I accept Paypal
► I will send an invoice to your Paypal
► Payments are in USD
► Please send payment within a week unless otherwise stated. I will cancel your order if I do not receive payment in a timely manner.
Refunds / cancellations
► Refunds will be determined by how much of the commission I have already finished. If you wish to cancel your order after I have started, You will receive a percentage back plus the incomplete artwork. Note: Refunds will exclude the paypal fee.
Commission not started: You will receive 100% refund.
Sketch stage: 50% refund
Lineart stage: 25% refund
Colored/completed: No refunds whatsoever.
customer satisfation
► Any error on the final piece made on my behalf (e.g. Misread description, missed detail that was provided, etc) I will correct free of charge.
► However, if it was a mistake made because I had insufficient information, I am not obliged to correct or make changes for you. It is your responsibility as a commissioner to ensure that you have given me all the necessary details to complete your piece correctly.
► If you want me to make changes to the final piece because of a mistake not made on my behalf, I may choose to do so with a fee based of how large the change is.
► Under no circumstances will I ever redraw an entire commission unless payment is sent as a second order.
